I’m Mariam — the founder of Yours Truly, a small handmade jewellery brand based in England. 

Art has always meant more to me than something that could be graded. Despite those late nights, endless sketches, and papers scattered across my room, I realised that creativity isn’t always defined by results in an envelope, despite my undying love. I didn't want to be another meaningless statistic.

So, what started as a simple Pinterest scroll in the summer of 2025 quickly turned into something much bigger. I fell in love with handmade jewellery and began experimenting with different beads, charms, and designs. (Let's not forget the bead buying obsession). And before I knew it, Yours Truly wasn’t just a hobby or a brand name. It was a something I'd created, out of nothing.
